Testing is a critical control measure for ensuring product safety, quality consistency, and batch uniformity. After years of refinement, Bioriginal has built a multi-layered testing system covering raw materials, intermediate products, finished goods, storage stability, and new material screening.
Key raw materials from each batch are sent to GALAB (Germany) for third-party testing, ensuring safety and stability at the source.
The intermediate product — consisting of the organic cotton topsheet and absorbent core — is tested to further verify the safety of the core contact and absorption layers.
Finished products are sent to GALAB for testing as a critical external quality control checkpoint before market launch.
Finished products are also sent to accredited domestic testing institutions, tested according to relevant Chinese national standards to ensure compliance with local regulations.
Annual re-testing of stored finished products, with particular focus on microbiological changes during storage, to ensure the product remains stable and safe throughout its shelf life.
Continuous monitoring of emerging raw and auxiliary materials on the market, with screening tests to identify safer, more stable, and more suitable options for sanitary pad production.
